1. The glue should be freeze-proofing and sun-resistant. In the summer, keep it away from direct sunlight and put it somewhere shady and cool while in the winter, it should be kept above 0℃. In cases that the glue gets frozen, it cannot be thaw out by heating. Instead, the glue should be put somewhere indoor with temperature above 5℃ for it to thaw out slowly. Upon defrosting, one should observe the stratification of anhydrous glue, which can be used after filtration by 100 mesh strainer. In the process of usage or after utilization, the glue should be tied up and sealed for preservation in order to prevent skinning and getting mouldy which leads to short shelf lives.  

2. In order to prevent chemical reactions from happening to avoid losses, complex film adhesive can not be mixed with other glue brands. Furthermore, other substance should not be added in it either. In principle, water should not be added in  

3. Not until the printing ink goes completely dry, can the presswork be laminated using our company's product film.  

4. Before the application of this cement, the glue spreader of the laminating machine must be rinsed clean to the extent where there is no more rubber exfoliation or any foreign matter.  

5. Corona volume of BOPP treated side should go above 38 dyne. Electric-treated side should be used for gluing. Generally, the manufacturer's BOPP electric-treated side is the inner side of rolled thin film. BOPP film has small corona volume which might lead to insecure bonding, even exfoliation of composite. 

6. The amount of glue should be decided according to specific circumstances such as paper sheets, printing ink, thin films etc. One should make sure that the finished products do not have snow shaped bright spots. Once it happens, it is generally because the amount of glue is not enough, the quality of glue is not good or too much powder has been used. It can be easily solved by using more glue or getting rid of spray dust. If there is no snow shaped bright spots but bright spots in the shape of chicken claw, snowflake or cracks after several minutes or dozens of hours, generally it is because the glue reacts with the printing ink. It is generally because the printing ink does not dry up completely or too much liquid driers, adhesives and the like has been added in. It is advisable to find out the reason during the printing process.  

7. In principle, after powder injection, it is required that the surface should be wiped off of powders and then get laminated or get laminated straight away. Please use powder-covering adhesive. 

8. When changing laps, please do not halting machine for too long or the glue might dry up on the rubber covered roll.  

9. After rolling up, wait until the surface gets transparent without being whitish, then one can begin slicing.  

10. When laminating or changing glue of different batches for new presswork, please do not begin mass production before testing on samples.  

11. Please pay extra attention to gold-printing or silver-printing products. Sometimes the color changes upon lamination. Please put aside the testing sample for one day or so. If it does not change colors, then one can begin laminating and extend the setting time.  

12. Please note that one should not utilize caustic glue for plate-making and backing to prevent phenomena such as blistering, mouldiness, delamination etc. Besides, pay attention not to use too much cement such as silicate of soda in case that it permeates through paper payers to react with the cement.
